Shipping/Delivery

Please call the hair bow hot line for current shipping times. I try to ship all orders out of  my office within 3 to 10 business days (exception when paying by Check - see Payment Methods below). Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 8:00 pm Please note that during peak seasons i.e., holidays, back to school and cheer leading seasons, delivery times will very so make sure to check the  hair bow hot line for approximate order lead times. Feel free to call 1-888-802-BOWS (2697)for a recorded message updated weekly if needed. Please note that this is a information hotline only and you can not leave messages. If you have any concerns please email me at thebowlady@msn.com and I will return your email ASAP.   It is also very important to make sure you add me to your friendly list so you will receive my response, I try to answer all my emails within 24 hours.

 

Cancellation Policy
If you feel you do not want to wait the allotted time frame after calling the hot line please just cancel your order by emailing me at thebowlady@msn.com You must cancel your order within 3 days. Once your order has been started or shipped there are no returns or cancellations.
 
Return policy
We do not accept hair bows back because of wrong size,color or personalized selections.  The sizes are clearly stated while shopping this website.  If you are unsure of a color, I will be happy to send snippets of any color before you place your order.  Returns resulting from our error must be approved, in the original packaging and in the same condition. Sending them back in a padded envelope is not acceptable and they will be return to you unopened.  Your refund or exchange will be issued once we receive the item back.  Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and the purchaser must pay shipping for returned items. If the return is due to our error no additional shipping charges are due.

Important Ordering Information for Schools and Cheer leading Organizations

O' Sew Pretty will not start to work on or ship out school or cheer leading organization orders before payment is received.  All group purchases must be paid in advance before starting your order.  Please allow additional time for monogrammed bows. Your color swatches/samples must accompany your payment. It is also very helpful to let me know in a email or Please answer the question at time of check out when you will need your bows by.

                                                

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Priority USPS with $50.00 insurance, and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days after once you receive your conformation number from the postal service. Please note once package is shipped I am not responsible for shipping arrivals. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Please note we do not offer order pick up unless approved in writing per each order. Priority mail with insurance is available during checkout if needed.  Please note that choosing next day shipping will not place your order ahead of the others already received. It simply means that the postal service will get it to you faster. I do not offer rush orders seeing I am always rushing to get out all my orders. If you need to cancel part of your order, your order will go into that days orders and your shipping time will start from that days date, also if you need your hair bows by a certain date, please answer the question box during check out and I will do my best to accommodate you.

 

Shipping Charges


All orders are shipped priority.  All packages are shipped with a confirmation #.  When the post office confirms shipment and delivery, O' Sew Pretty is no longer held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you are concerned about your order getting lost or stolen in the mail, we strongly advise shipping via USPS Priority mail with insurance.

Payment Methods

During checkout you are given the option of Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Credit Card or Pay Pal. If you choose credit,your credit card will not get charge until the order is ready to be filled. When you place your order it is only a authorization to charge your card.   However if you choose Pay Pal,  the funds are taken out the day the order is placed and stays in my Pay Pal account until the order is shipped. 

 

When paying by check, available for cheer squads and dance teams only, Your order will not be filled until your check is received.  The day your check is received your order will be placed into the current days order backlog (example:  order placed on the 5th and the check is not received until the 15th.  Your order will ship within the shipping time slots from the 15th.)  All checks must be received within 10 days of the placed order or the order will be canceled.  If your order is ready to be filled and we have not received your check, you will receive a courtesy email before cancellation and will be able to pay by credit card at that time.o sew pretty has the right to cancel any order if unable to fill for whatever reason.

 
Taxes
All orders shipped in the state of Illinois will be charged the current sales tax rate of 8.75% If you are a non for profit organization and live in Illinois I must have a copy of your tax ID on file so please send it along with your payment and please check to make sure it has not expired.

At O' Sew Pretty, we will never share your personal information with anyone nor will we use your information to repeatedly solicit you for business.  We gather only the necessary information to process your order through a secured ordering site.
